Net Safety Monitoring Inc. warrants all flame and gas electronic assemblies against defective parts and workmanship for
36 months from date of shipment (excluding Gas Shield series - see below).
WE OFFER THE BEST SENSOR WARRANTIES IN THE INDUSTRY.
CATALYTIC BEAD AND INFRARED SENSORS
Automatic replacement of any Catalytic Bead or Infrared sensor that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within 5 years from date of shipment.
If the sensor fails for any reason, under normal use, within 5 years of shipment, Net Safety will provide a replacement sensor *.
OTHER NET SAFETY GAS SENSOR WARRANTIES
Solid State - 2yrs | ElectroChemical - 2yrs | Oxygen - 1yr
The Gas Shield series of products are warranted for 24 months on electronic assemblies and 12 months on all sensors from date of shipment.
PHOENIX TRIPLE INFRARED FLAME DETECTOR
- First Three Years - Full Replacement
- Year 4 - Net Safety Covers 75% of Replacement Charge
- Year 5 - Net Safety Covers 50% of Replacement Charge
- Years 6 & 7 - Net Safety Covers 25% of Replacement Charge
"Replacement Charge" defined as current list price at time of claim.
Any replacement of components such as sensors and boards will not refresh the warranty to a new 7 year period. Before any warranty policy is
implemented it must be confirmed that a failure occured while under normal use conditions *. Shipping costs are not included.
