Formation of Net Safety Singapore Pte Ltd. - 09.18.06
Net Safety Monitoring Inc., a global leader in gas and flame detection equipment, is pleased to announce the formation of Net Safety Singapore Pte Ltd.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Net Safety Monitoring Inc. With its offices in Singapore, Net Safety Singapore Pte Ltd. will serve as the regional
headquarters for the Asia Pacific region.
In conjunction with the opening of its office in Singapore, Net Safety Singapore Pte Ltd. is also pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Mohan Dutt
as Managing Director and Mr. Adrian Low, as Director of Sales, Asia Pacific Region.
Mr. Dutt brings thirty years of process instrumentation experience to Net Safety Singapore
Pte Ltd. Mr. Dutt spent twenty-two years with Rosemont Inc., which included a term as
President of Rosemont's South Asia Pacific operations. Mr. Dutt has also consulted to
various process instrumentation companies including Yokagawa Corporation, Teledyne, and SMAR.
Mr. Adrian Low has extensive knowledge and experience in the process instrumentation industry,
including thirteen years with a gas and flame detection manufacturer and several years as
a regional sales manager in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Low also spent nine years with
Rosemount Inc. in its South Asia Pacific Operations.
Marlene Coffey, President of Net Safety Monitoring, commented that the creation of Net
Safety Singapore Pte Ltd. is one more step in the strategy to increase the global reach of
Net Safety Monitoring Inc. The appointments of Mr. Dutt and Mr. Low bring a level of
experience and professionalism to Net Safety Singapore Pte Ltd that is reflective of the
Net Safety group of companies. Mr. Curlock added that the creation of Net Safety Singapore
along with these appointments will only further accelerate market share increases in
the Asia Pacific region.
